FAQ

Where do I park?

There is limited metered street parking near the venue. There are also commercial lots on 5th and Bainbridge Streets (cash only!).If you have Premium Seats or VIP tickets, please be sure to park at Park America (215 Lombard Street Philadelphia PA, 19147) for a special discounted rate exclusive to our customers—you’ll need to check in with the box office to have your parking ticket validated upon entry to the venue.

What are your box office hours?

Our Box Office is open Monday through Saturday from  12 p.m. (noon) until  to 6 p.m. On show days, we are open through the time of show. Our Box Office is located at 334 South Street, directly on the front of the venue. Our Box Office accepts Visa, MasterCard and cash payments.


What time do shows start?

Please check our calendar for exact start times. Doors generally open one hour before the show’s scheduled start time.

Where is Will Call?
+

Will Call is located at the box office, directly in front of the venue. Customers need to bring the credit card utilized to make their ticket purchase as well as their confirmation number in order to pick up tickets.

 

Can I bring a camera, video camera or record audio?
+

 

There are no professional cameras (removable lens), no video cameras, and no audio recording allowed. All media passes must be approved by the band. Generally cell phone and point-and-shoot photography is allowed unless an artist requires a no-photo policy for a specific event.


Is your venue all ages? Do you have a bar?

Most shows are all ages events, unless otherwise specified on our calendar. The venue has two levels, both with bars. The first floor has a bar on the left side and the upstairs bar is located behind the seated balcony area. You MUST be 21 with valid ID in order to enter either of these areas. You must show your valid ID to receive a hand stamp once inside the venue in order to access these spaces. No fake ID's, please! They will be confiscated and you will not be provided access to our bar areas.

May I bring my children?

Children of all ages are welcome (with an admission ticket) at family-oriented concerts and performances. Appropriate adult supervision may be required.Non-family oriented concerts and performances may not be suitable for young children and venue management reserves the right to refuse admission for any reason, including concerns about safety.Children of any age may NOT attend a concert of performance deemed 18 or 21 to enter.

Do children under a certain age require a ticket?

All patrons must have a ticket regardless of age.

Food?

Our concession stand sells popcorn, soda and snacks.

ATM?
+

There is an ATM available for a fee in the venue lobby.

Can I bring my laser pointers/glow sticks/selfie stick into the show?

No. Laser pointers, glow sticks and selfie sticks are not allowed inside the venue.

 


Are there items I cannot bring to the venue?

Can I smoke in the venue?
+

The Theatre of Living Arts is a non-smoking venue. Smoking of cigarettes and/or electronic cigarettes is prohibited inside. During events there is a smoking section set up outside of the venue’s primary entry doors in order to accommodate smoking patrons.

ADA Details

The TLA offers ADA seating and additional accommodations (as needed) for those with disabilities. To inquire in advance, please contact the box office directly for further details. To inquire on-site/upon arrival, please arrive as early as possible to speak to a Guest Services or Box Office representative for further assistance.
