The safety of our artists, fans, and staff is always our top priority and planned for accordingly. We encourage those who are sick to stay home, and remind everyone coming to our venues to wash their hands regularly with soap and water and use hand sanitizer.
We continue to implement preventive measures at all Live Nation Venues in line with the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other health agencies. We have taken the following steps to help ensure the health and safety of everyone who walks into our buildings:
Extra hand sanitizer dispensers at all bathroom areas, concessions stands, lobbies, offices and backstage
Additional signage and messaging in restrooms, backstage and offices to help reinforce basic health and hygiene practices
Eliminating hand pump condiment dispensers, providing individual packages instead
Granting fans ability to bring disposable wipes and hand sanitizers into all venues
Janitorial staff equipped with additional USDA and Food Code Compliant disinfectants and wipes for immediate cleaning response
Increased frequency of cleaning routines and disinfection of high touch areas

Where is your Box Office and when is it open?
Our box office is located at 334 South Street, directly on the front of the venue. The box office is open Monday through Saturday from 12 p.m. (noon) until 6 p.m. On show days, we are open through the time of show. We accepts Visa, MasterCard and cash payments.
Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, refunded, lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void and therefore not valid for entry. We recommend purchasing tickets directly via our box office, Ticketmaster or Liv Nation only.

What time do shows start?
Please check our event calendar for exact start times as they vary. Doors generally open one hour before the show's scheduled start time.
Where is Will Call located?
Will Call is located at the box office, directly in front of the venue. Customers need to bring the credit card utilized to make their ticket purchase as well as their confirmation number in order to pick up tickets. Tickets should be picked up directly by the purchaser.
Where can I park?
There is limited metered street parking near the venue. There are also commercial lots on 5th and Bainbridge Streets (cash only!).
Is your venue all ages? Do you have a bar?
Most shows are all ages events, unless otherwise specified on our calendar. The venue has two levels, both with bars. The first floor has a bar on the left side and the upstairs bar is located behind the seated mezzanine. You MUST be 21 with valid ID in order to enter either of these areas. You must show your valid ID to receive a hand stamp once inside the venue in order to access these spaces. No fake ID's, please! They will be confiscated and you will not be provided access to our bar areas.
May I bring my children?
All patrons must have a ticket regardless of age. Children of all ages are welcome at family-oriented concerts and performances. Appropriate adult supervision may be required. Non-family oriented concerts and performances may not be suitable for young children and venue management reserves the right to refuse admission for any reason, including concerns about safety. Children of any age may NOT attend a concert of performance deemed 18 or 21 to enter.
Do you serve food at the venue?
Our concession stand sells popcorn, soda and snacks.
Is there an ATM on the property?
There is an ATM available for a fee in the venue lobby.
Can I smoke in the venue?
The Theatre of Living Arts is a non-smoking venue. Smoking of cigarettes and/or electronic cigarettes is prohibited inside. During events there is a smoking section set up outside of the venue's primary entry doors in order to accommodate smoking patrons. Please note the smoking section is not accessible at the beginning of shows, as that space may still be occupied by fans in line for entry.
The TLA offers ADA seating and additional accommodations (as needed) for those with disabilities. To inquire in advance, please contact the box office directly for further details. To inquire on-site/upon arrival, please arrive as early as possible to speak to a guest services or box office representative for further assistance.
What is and is not allowed inside the venue?
Personal cameras are allowed in the venue (unless otherwise specified by the artist). Flash photography, video and removable lens cameras are prohibited without artist approval. Laser pointers, glow sticks and selfie sticks are not permitted inside the venue. See our list of restricted items
